Asha Hope has devoted her career to eliminating opportunity gaps and transforming organizations. With over 20+ years of experience in both the engineering and HR/talent spaces, she has led diversity, equity, and inclusion in both large and small organizations in retail, consumer products, and technology. At DoorDash, Asha is responsible for the development and implementation of the company’s DEI strategy,  including the integration of DEI into core people and business practices. Asha is skilled at adding value to teams while partnering with leaders to identify areas of opportunity, cultivate relationships, and create strategic action plans that lead to sustainable results.
