Ayneka began her career with State Farm in 1999 as an intern in the deferred compensation department. She was an agent for eight years in two different markets and a sales leader in the Greater New Orleans area for five years. In September 2022, she accepted the role of Leadership Enterprise Development Associate.  She was appointed as Vice President – Agency/Sales in Louisiana and Arkansas in August 2023.

Ayneka is an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.  She also serves on the board of directors of Holy Rosary Redevelopment and the Greater Southwest Louisiana Black Chamber of Commerce.
