Ashley McEwen Broadnax is an out-of-school time (OST) expert, educator, consultant, and entrepreneur with more than 18 years of experience in education and youth development.
A Nashville native and former MNPS educator, she is the Founder and CEO of Crowns Up Learning, where she helps schools, out-of-school-time programs, and families create engaging learning experiences that build academic skills, confidence, and character.
Through professional development, curriculum design, coaching, and family engagement initiatives, Ashley has trained and supported 1,500+ educators and youth-serving professionals. She is passionate about educational equity, empowering adults to lead with confidence, and helping young people thrive both in and out of the classroom.
As a mompreneur raising three young children, Ashley brings both professional expertise and lived experience to helping adults create environments where children can learn, grow, and thrive.
Ashley graduated from OMBW: Black in Business Cohort 6 in 2024.
