Ex-offenders face a number of challenges when seeking employment.  Regardless of the age of the conviction, or conviction type, ex-offenders often find themselves being denied employment opportunities regardless of their work experience.  This workshop consists of panelists discussing the barriers ex-offenders, training providers, and employers face when trying to identify and address the biases against those with convictions.
