Young Professionals L.E.A.D. Summit

Equal parts professional development and community action, YP L.E.A.D.S. is a three-day summit created and led by National Urban League Young Professionals (ages 21-40).  The summit aims to empower young people to create positive change by connecting them with business leaders, policymakers, and, most importantly, each other.  Expect engaging plenaries and insightful forums, networking, and social events – all geared toward the young leaders of the Urban League Movement.

This year, the National Urban League Young Professionals are celebrating their 20th anniversary.  Their year-long celebration culminates at the annual conference under the theme – THE HOMECOMING – with special events throughout the conference to mark the occasion.
