Vicki Miles has worked in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion for over 9 years. Currently, she is the Diversity and Inclusion Sr Consultant for Volkswagen Group of America where she manages the planning, implementation, and enhancement of corporate diversity initiatives. During her previous tenure at State Farm, she managed external relationships with diverse organizations and led project teams to conventions, multicultural conferences, and large-scale events. Vicki has a background in sales, marketing, and human resources. She holds her Bachelor of Business Administration from Temple University, and her Master of Business Administration from Saint Joseph’s University. Vicki is a mentor, volunteers in her community, and is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.
