Tom Smith is a Strategic Technology Integration Manager in Freddie Mac’s Single-Family organization. In his role, Mr. Smith is responsible for helping Freddie Mac’s lender partners understand and implement the operational efficiencies associated with Loan Product Advisor® and other lender productivity enhancing applications of Freddie Mac’s award-winning Loan Advisor Suite®.
Mr. Smith has worked in both the primary and secondary markets for over 34 years. Prior to joining Freddie Mac five years ago, he worked at Fannie Mae as a Director of Housing Goals Oversight. Prior to that Mr. Smith held a variety of positions in the primary market including Vice President of Product Development at Bank of America and Vice President of Customer Retention at SunTrust Mortgage.
