Tylik McMillan serves as a Washington D.C. Bureau Policy Advisor and National Director of Youth and College of the National Action Network, one of the nation's leading civil rights organizations. Tylik works to move the organization from demonstration to legislation, acting as a conduit for information about what is happening in the Congress, the White House, and the U.S. Supreme Court. He educates lawmakers and stakeholders on the challenges and opportunities facing the African American community while advocating for resources and policies that advance economic and social equality. Alongside NAN President Rev. Al Sharpton, Tylik is co-host of the nationally syndicated daily radio show “Keepin’ It Real.” Tylik has been recognized as a 2020 Bloomberg 50 One to Watch, and he has been featured in The Washington Post, New York Times, Wall Street Journal, CNN, BBC World News, BET among other outlets.
