Sherri Neal is Chief Diversity Officer for HCA Healthcare, where she is responsible for leading the company’s diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives. Since joining the company in 2006, she has been a champion of creating a culture of inclusion through thought leadership, strategic direction and creative business solutions. Sherri has developed multiple award-winning models that have advanced HCA Healthcare’s commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion, including the BRAVE Conversations program and the virtual conscious inclusion training program, both recognized with top innovation honors from Profiles in Diversity Journal.
Sherri has over 25 years of experience as a diversity practitioner and is known for her ability to deliver presentations that engage and inspire audiences to take inclusion to the next level.
