A 30 year State Farm associate, Sherry has held multiple leadership roles, including her current role in Tempe, AZ as a Director in the Customer Care Center, overseeing over 750+ employees assisting nearly 4 million customers annually. She is a member of the State Farm Enterprise Diversity and Inclusion Council, and embrace the commitment of State Farm to foster the best work environments comprised of the diverse talent, strengths and contributions of all employees.

Sherry has a BS in Economics from Tougaloo College, a Master’s Degree in Human Resources from University of North Florida, and is currently in the Doctoral Program at American College of Education. Sherry has also obtained the following major insurance professional conferred designations: Chartered Property Casualty Underwriting (CPCU), the Chartered Life Underwriting (CLU); the Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) and the Fellow, Life Management Institute (FLMI). All required rigorous testing and comprehensive knowledge of various disciplines of the insurance profession.

Sherry sits on the Board of the Children’s Action Alliance and she is the Board Vice – Chair for the Greater Phoenix Urban League. She is also a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority,  Incorporated.
