D. Steve Boland is the president of Retail, one of the eight lines of business for Bank of America, a member of the executive management team and one of the Vice Chairs for the Global Diversity and Inclusion Council.

Boland is responsible for serving 33 million U.S. mass market consumers with a full range of financial products and services through award-winning digital banking capabilities and an unmatched retail banking network. He oversees the Community Bank and Consumer Lending.

Boland holds a degree from the School of Education and Social Policy from Northwestern University.
