Rasanah Goss joined Citizens in 2021 as the new Head of Diversity Recruiting Strategy & Partnerships (SVP). Her role within the bank is to create strategic and process driven initiatives to ensure there is a diverse candidate pool and inclusive hiring practices. Her role is in Talent Acquisition and she report to the Head of Talent Acquisition (EVP). Prior to joining Citizens, Rasanah was at Accenture where she also focused on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion for the firm’s recruiting efforts in North America and its global offices. Her previous roles were in the media & entertainment and nonprofit sectors. She holds a BA from Stanford University and an MBA from the Yale School of Management. Rasanah has been very involved with her alma maters over the years, most recently she joined the Yale School of Management New York Alumni Board. She also serves as the Co-Chair of the Ailey Ambassadors Scholarship Fundraising Committee for the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater. Rasanah has lived in Brooklyn for over a decade and still enjoys exploring its vibrant neighborhoods.
