Rashida Wilson
Rashida Selise Wilson is an author, speaker and professional career coach on a mission to connect with and empower Young Professionals under her personal philosophy - “Build relationships first. Do business later”. She is the lead consultant of Selise Speaks Life – providing vision coaching, professional development training and career coaching strategies from the classroom to the boardroom. Mrs. Wilson’s passion for mentoring young professionals and providing them with a simple roadmap for success was the inspiration behind her recently published book: “The Millennial Movement- Surviving the Corporate Transition”.
She is presently focusing her passion and 25 years of corporate HR, Talent Management and Program Development experience on developing an innovative experiential learning program at Alabama A&M University, where she is also faculty in their College of Business & Public Affairs, teaching students essential soft skills for professional success.
Mrs. Wilson earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Human Resources and received her Masters of Science degree in Management. Mrs. Wilson also has a passion for developing and equipping emerging young professionals and women in leadership. She currently resides in Huntsville, Alabama.
