Rashad Howard

Rashad Howard is an Entrepreneur, Trusted Advisor, Innovator, and Investor with a serious commitment to using business as a means of achieving and providing financial and psychological freedom for himself and his community.  His passion for entrepreneurship has led him to start businesses in areas such as Management Consulting, Government Contracting, Marketing & Consumer Engagement, Software Development & Gamification, Debt Purchasing & Finance, Logistics, and others.  Rashad is uniquely talented at helping clients leverage organizational creativity and out-the-box methodologies to become more innovative, and implement frameworks for bringing elegant solutions to their most complex problems. In everything he does, he maintains an intense commitment to providing exposure and opportunities to people of color in industries where access is traditionally limited. His varied skillset includes Strategic Planning, Portfolio and Program Management, Innovation Research & Development, Business Process Reengineering, Organizational Design and Execution, Software Product Design & Implementation, and Culture & Change Management.  Other skills include making grilled cheese sandwiches for his two children Ethan and Naima; buying expensive handbags for his wife Markëta; spending weekends doing chores for his mother; and music production in his basement recording studio.  If money and talent were no object, Rashad would be a legendary Hip-Hop star with more platinum hits than Jay-Z, Drake, and Kendrick Lamar combined.   Rashad has a Bachelor of Science in English from the United States Air Force Academy and a MBA from the Pamplin College of Business at Virginia Tech.
