Percy (Master P) Miller is a hip-hop mogul, actor, producer, entrepreneur, and philanthropist. He is the founder of No Limit records, which has sold more than 100 million units worldwide. In 1990, at a time when record labels were reluctant to look beyond New York or Los Angeles for their signings, New Orleans-based Master P formed his own independent label, No Limit Records. No Limit’s roster also included Mystikal, Kane & Abel, and Snoop Dogg. A serial entrepreneur with a range of investments and interests beyond music, Miller promotes ownership as the path to financial success and independence. He has produced the successful “I Got the Hook Up” film franchise, and currently partners with James Lindsay’s Pj’s snack food company. Miller still records as Master P, releasing solo albums, and is also involved in politics and philanthropy. He founded the Team Hope NOLA Foundation, servicing at-risk children across the US.
