Entrepreneur and philanthropist, Pinky Cole is building an empire as the owner and visionary of Slutty Vegan, an Atlanta based restaurant. Just two years old, the company grew from a shared kitchen to three food trucks to generating $4 million in revenue the first 6 months of the restaurant’s grand opening. Defying pandemic trends, Cole increased revenues this year by 15%, opened two Slutty Vegan, and is providing sustainable community employment. As an economic engine for the Atlanta community, Cole has helped pay rent for local businesses and covered tuition for 30 Clark Atlanta students. She also purchased a car and life insurance for the family of Rayshard Brooks who was slain by police in the Spring of 2020 outside an Atlanta fast-food restaurant.
