Nikki Stephenson leads the Commercial Credit Products organization, which focuses on the delivery of credit solutions to Regions’ Commercial Banking clients, generally defined as companies with up to $250.0MM in revenue. Commercial Credit Products is responsible for leading the end-to-end commercial credit process both internally and externally with prospects and clients across all segments of the Commercial Bank. This includes underwriting, structuring, portfolio management, and fulfillment activities. Additionally, beginning in 2020, Nikki held a Bank-wide leadership role supporting the execution efforts of the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) and today, ongoing PPP forgiveness and portfolio management responsibilities reside within Commercial Credit Products.
Nikki joined Regions in 2008 and prior to her role within Credit Products was a senior originator in the Corporate & Leverage Finance (CLF) group within Regions Capital Markets. Nikki had primary coverage responsibilities for Healthcare, Transportation & Logistics, and Regions Business Capital (Asset-Based Finance team) as well as certain commercial geographic coverage responsibilities. Prior to joining Regions, she served as an associate with SunTrust Robinson Humphrey's loan syndications group. Nikki has 17 years of capital raising experience for middle market clients, large corporate companies, and private equity firms. Nikki earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Miami.
