Dr. Marlon Moore is the President of Marlon Moore Consulting, LLC, which is dedicated to practical, leading-edge solutions that foster innovative and equitable cultures, empower diverse talent, and elevate inclusivity through leadership. Dr. Moore assists organizations and diversity professionals with developing strategic objectives designed to create more diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplaces, communities, and societies. Dr. Moore has trained thousands of business professionals on the principles of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) and has authored several articles on the topic for Savoy and Kaleidoscope magazines. He’s earned recognition from BLACK ENTERPRISE, the National Diversity Council, the Disability Equality Index, Forbes, and Fortune 100. He is also the author of Diversity Starts with You: A Strategy Development Guide for DEI.
