Mary Davids

Mary V. Davids is the Owner and Principal Consultant of D&M Consulting Services, LLC; a leadership and career development agency headquartered in South Florida. Mary has over a decade of experience in cultivating employee engagement, workplace performance and leadership training & development. She has worked with many organizations over the years, training and developing leadership teams and professionals on social-media branding and retention and motivation. Her work has been featured on LinkedIn’s Leadership & Management and Careers Channels, generating over 2 million views for her published blogs and most recently she was named as one of Legacy Magazine’s 40 Under 40 Black Leaders of Today and Tomorrow.
