Lisa-Frison
Lisa Frison is the African American segment leader for Enterprise Marketing’s Segments & Strategy team. In this role, Frison is responsible for developing and leading the enterprise strategy for driving engagement among African American consumers and communities. Her personal passions align with Wells Fargo’s vision to help all customers succeed financially.
Frison focuses on providing African Americans with the tools, resources and product solutions necessary to help them make informed financial decisions. She is a thought leader, delivering data, cultural insights, and strategic consultation to business and product groups across the company to advance their business objectives through segment engagement.
Frison joined Wells Fargo in 2006 as a sponsorships manager on the corporate marketing team. In this role, she worked closely with Wells Fargo’s diverse segments group to evaluate sponsorship opportunities and identify those that best support corporate goals, vision, and values.
Prior to joining Wells Fargo, Frison held positions in brand and alliance marketing at The Walt Disney Company, and in finance and engineering at Xerox.
With a strong passion for education, Frison also serves on the board of Charlotte Lab Charter School. Previously, she served as board chair for KIPP Charlotte, a free, open-enrollment, college preparatory school serving fifth through eighth graders.
