Karena Stewart has held several roles at Macy’s over her 13+ years with the company, participating in several talent development programs including the McKinsey Black Executive Leadership Program and MOSAIC Diverse Leadership Development Program. As a Macy’s CEO Action for Racial Equity fellow, Karena is focused on economic empowerment to advance equity and well-being for the Black community. Her efforts involve business diversity, community development, and fair chance hiring. Karena founded belle ame speaks, a digital faith-based community focused on mental health transparency, education and empowerment.
