Kiera Fernandez leads teams responsible for Target’s external stakeholder engagement and advancing Target’s enterprise-wide DEI strategy. Kiera is a founding member of Target’s Racial Equity Action and Change committee and has extensive leadership experience across human resources, retail operations, process and project management, and large-scale frontline leader and team development. Kiera serves on the board of directors for the Greater Twin Cities United Way and the Institute for Corporate Productivity’s (i4cp) Chief Diversity Officer board. She’s also a member of the Executive Leadership Council, a nonprofit organization committed to increasing the number of global Black executives.
