As Chief Executive Officer of PMM, Kimberly Blackwell is one of the country’s top executives in marketing and advertising. As a thought leader, she’s appeared in Fortune magazine, Inc. magazine, recognized as of the nation’s “Most Powerful Women in Business” by Black Enterprise, named PR News’ “Top Women in PR,” and honored as an EBONY POWER 100.
Blackwell and her nationally award-winning multi-million-dollar minority and female business enterprise, PMM, have earned a reputation as a trusted brand manager. Technical, strategic and a creative consultant to the C-Suite for change management, organizational effectiveness, communications, cultural transformation and inclusion, Blackwell is also a certified diversity professional at Cornell University.
A founding member of majority minority-owned and operated Legacy Acquisition Corp., Blackwell also serves among the advisory group to the NYSE (NYSE: LGC.U) publicly traded company.
Blackwell is a member of the Executive Leadership Council (ELC), Women's Presidents' Organization (WPO), and lifetime member of the National Black MBA Association. She currently serves as a board member and trustee for affiliates of the Chamber of Commerce (Columbus, Ohio) and is Vice-Chair of Columbus Urban League.
A Buckeye native with Atlanta residence, Blackwell is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University and a master’s degree from Xavier University (Ohio).
