Jolorie Williams joined Revlon in 2014 as vice president of marketing for the Multicultural Group. In 2018 she helped lead a team that recorded one of the most successful product launches in Revlon Multicultural history for Pure Honey. Prior to Revlon, Williams was executive director of North America Applied Marketing for the Origins makeup and skin care line by Estée Lauder. She also held senior marketing posts at such hair and beauty leaders as L’Oréal, Lancôme, Bristol Myers Squibb, and Clairol. Today, Williams sets the global strategy, drives innovation and diffusion as general manager of Revlon Multicultural, which includes the iconic brands Creme of Nature and Lottabody. Williams insists that no product is released until she and her team have tested it on themselves. “When people ask me about my hair, I can honestly say, the beauty of this industry is the ability for self-expression.
