Jessica Taylor is the National Director of Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses, an initiative that helps entrepreneurs grow their businesses by providing education, support services and access to capital. Previously, Jessica was Executive Director at the New York City Department of Small Business Services where she led commercial revitalization and Hurricane Sandy recovery programs during Mayor Bloomberg’s administration. Jessica also served as a community health Peace Corps Volunteer in Guatemala. Jessica earned her BA in Foreign Affairs and Spanish at the University of Virginia, and her MPA from Columbia University’s School of International & Public Affairs, where she concentrated in Economic Policy and Management. Jessica was a participant in the 25th cohort of Coro Leadership New York.
