Jodi Brockington is responsible for the development of a pipeline of diverse talent and acquiring the most qualified candidates for DTCC - the Depository Trust and Clearing Corporation. DTCC is the premier post-trade market infrastructure for the global financial services industry. Previously, Brockington served the Chief of Staff for Culture Shift Labs, an advisory and management consultancy firm focused on creating and activating growth and innovation through diversity and inclusion. She also served as the Director of Fund Development and Corporate Relations for the New York Urban League and was founding president of the New York Urban League Young Professionals. She’s the National Urban League Jobs Network’s Digital Career Success Series since 2012.
