Jodi Brockington
Director of Diversity & Inclusion Sourcing/Depository Trust and Clearing Corporation (DTCC)

Jodi Brockington is responsible for developing a pipeline of diverse talent and acquire the most qualified candidates for DTCC, the premier post-trade market infrastructure for the global financial services industry. From operating facilities and data centers around the world, DTCC automates, centralizes, and standardizes the processing of financial transactions across the trade lifecycle and mitigates risk for thousands of institutions worldwide.

Previously, she was the director of fund development and corporate relations for the New York Urban League and the founding president of New York Urban League Young Professionals. Since 2012, Brockington has produced and hosted the National Urban League Jobs Network’s Digital Career Success Series.

Brockington is one of New York's top lifestyle coaches and fitness experts. She owns NIARA Consulting, a full-service company that provides complete consulting services for individuals, nonprofits, small businesses, and corporations.

She is a graduate of the University of California with a bachelor’s degree in sociology and psychology. She has an MPA in public administration from Baruch College and an MSW from the University of Southern California.
