As Director of Culture & Inclusive Marketing at Pernod-Ricard USA, Daneyni Sanguinetti is responsible for elevating multicultural and inclusive marketing across the brand portfolio to promote business growth in an increasing diverse marketplace, working closely with multiple internal cross functional teams, Brands, Customers and Distributors to win with the diverse consumer segment. This includes development and/or integration of customer specific programs across key channels and overall Multicultural corporate strategy. She also serves as the Culture & Inclusion (C&I) subject-matter expert (SME) liaison to the PRUSA Brand portfolio strategy teams, driving the integration of MC consumer insights into their marketing strategies. Daneyni joined the company in the summer of 2021, to lead the newly formed C&I team. Before joining PRUSA, Daneyni spent over nine years in the Beverage Industry as a Multicultural Leader at the Coca-Cola Company leading the company MC growth strategy. Prior that she spent twelve years in consumer market research and analytics in various industries, including Banking, Global Telecommunications and Construction. Daneyni serves as a Diversity and Inclusion champion and has been a strong Employees Resource Group advocate throughout her career. She is currently an active member and supporter of PernodNoir ERG, ParaAmigos ERG, Mosaic ERG, the LGBTQ ERG and the Womxn's ERG at Pernod Ricard USA. She is also a member of the of the Alliance for Inclusive Multicultural Marketing (AIMM) and the Association of National Advertiser Multicultural Committee participating as a judge for the last six years in the selection of top Multicultural Advertisement in the USA during the Annual Multicultural & Diversity Conference Awards. She was also recognized as a Top Hispanic Market Thought Leader by Hispanic Ad in 2018 - the U.S. Hispanic advertising and marketing industry’s most widely read and trusted media and information source.
