Celeste Warren is responsible for working with Merck’s global leaders to advance and embed diversity and inclusion throughout the organization to maximize business performance. Prior to joining Merck in 1997, she held HR positions at Kraft Foods, Inc., and General Foods. Warren’s articles on DEI have appeared in national and global publications and she is a sought-after speaker on the topic. Her many awards include BLACK ENTERPIRSE’s Top Executives in Global Diversity and Inclusion; Savoy Magazine’s Most Influential Women in Corporate America; Women’s eNews’ 21 Leaders for the 21st Century; and Diversity Woman Magazine’s Elite100 List. Warren serves on the board of RWJBarnabas Health Systems and is on the Advisory Council of OneTen.
