Caroline Taylor is head of Small Business Administration, a division of Credit Products. SBA is responsible for providing pre-underwriting services, underwriting, servicing, operational and credit fulfillment support for commercial banking activities and branch lending activities as well. Caroline joined Regions in January 2021. Prior to joining Regions Bank, Caroline was the National Head of SBA Lending for Capital One where she helped build a successful SBA program and oversaw all aspects of SBA Operations including underwriting, closing, portfolio management, and servicing. With over 20 years of banking experience her focus has been on
Small Business lending programs the last 13 years, holding different roles at Wachovia and Wells Fargo.
Caroline earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science with a Philosophy of Law Concentration from North Carolina State University. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Government Guaranteed Lenders.
