Bob Marshall
Small Business Leader, Small Business Development National/Wells Fargo & Company

Bob Marshall is the national business development executive with Wells Fargo Bank for the Small Business Development Group. He is responsible for leading a team of business development leaders charged with acquiring new customers with sales ranging from $2 - $5 million. Previously, Marshall held several banking management positions including area business banking manager for Northern Virginia, Washington, D.C. and Maryland and community bank executive for the Wholesale Banking Group (Wachovia Bank, NA), among others.

Marshall began his career in banking in the Management Development Program at Nat West Bank, NA. He joined Wells Fargo as a branch manager in 1997.

Marshall graduated from Boston College Carroll School of Management with a bachelor's degree in finance and human resource management. He also holds an executive MBA degree from Queens University's McColl School of Business in Charlotte.

Active in the community, Marshall current affiliations include the Livingston College board of trustees,  Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., and the  Greater Washington Urban League Board of Directors where he chairs the finance committee.

In 2017, The Washington Business Journal named Marshall of the year’s minority business leaders.
