Ayana Green is VP, Small and Medium Business Strategy and Revenue Channels. In her current role she leads small and medium business strategy and revenue channels, which includes digital communications, retail channels, start-ups and diverse customer segments. Ayana walks the talk of her passion and commitment to social justice, diversity and inclusion by leading our MBA marketing management program, including recruitment of diverse talent, and through her role as part of the UPS Diversity and Inclusion Steering Committee and the newly formed Equity Justice and Action Task Force. Prior to joining UPS in 2019, Ayana accumulated nearly a decade of marketing experience at Kimberly-Clark where she leveraged customer insights to manage B2B and B2C business. These included several iconic and billion dollar brands, namely Huggies ® , Scott ® , and Kleenex ®.She successfully reversed revenue decline, improved profitability, and managed multiple digital and social marketing channels. Prior to joining Kimberly-Clark, Ayana graduated from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University earning her MBA with a concentration in Marketing and Entrepreneurship. She received her BA from the University of Pennsylvania with a concentration in Economics and Communications. Ayana is a Native New Yorker, currently transplanted to Atlanta, GA, where she resides with her 8yr old twins.
