Advances in medical technology promise great strides toward addressing our most persistent health crises, yet disparities in the nation’s health care system threaten to leave African Americans behind. A panel of leading African American researchers discuss these challenges and share the work being done in collaboration with the National Urban League to develop innovative solutions, including on-the-ground community outreach and engagement.
