The 35th Annual Youth Leadership Summit is a one-of-a-kind experience where youth come together for five days of transformative learning, leadership development, and personal growth at John Carroll University and Case Western Reserve University. The goal is to prepare participants for the challenges of college, career, and life.

Throughout the summit, youth will connect with peers from over 30 Urban League Affiliates and engage with influential leaders from the Urban League movement. This year’s theme, The Future is Ours: We Don’t Wait, We Create, highlights the power of young people to shape their own futures and offers access to a broad network of industry, academic, and civic leaders committed to their development as the next generation of changemakers.
