Toya Woods

Toya Woods, a native of Washington D.C., is a Business Development Specialist in the Office of Small Business at the Export Import Bank of the United States (EXIM Bank). EXIM provides export credit insurance and repayment guarantees specifically designed to help develop or expand U.S. small businesses.

Ms. Woods is responsible for promoting those programs and services to the underserved business community, working specifically with minority and women-owned businesses as well as veteran-owned enterprises.

Ms. Woods has been with EXIM Bank for more than eighteen years working in the Office of Records Management and also in the Bank’s Division of Treasurer and Controller.

She is also a graduate of the District of Columbia and Prince Georges County Public School Systems.
