Stephanie Wilson has written and spoken extensively concerning the implementation and impact of Dodd-Frank’s diversity and inclusion provision and is a frequent lecturer on topics associated with the creation and implementation of successful diversity and inclusion programs as well as how to limit the negative impact of implicit bias on these programs’ effectiveness.
The New Jersey Law Journal has named Ms. Wilson one of New Jersey's Top 50 Female Lawyers and Ms. Wilson currently serves as an officer in the Labor and Employment Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association. She is also a member of the Women of Color Counsel providing support, mentorship, sponsorship, and friendship to women of color in the legal profession, law schools and academia.
Ms. Wilson received the 2015 Family Strengthening Program Initiative Award from the North Atlantic Region of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated and serves as the Eastern Area Chair of Ethics and Standards for The Links, Incorporated.
Holding a J.D. from Columbia University School of Law and a B.A. in philosophy and political science from Yale University, Ms. Wilson resides in Mendham, NJ with her husband of 27 years and her son, age 25.
