Sara Zeigler

Sara Zeigler is the Manager of the Export Assistance team in the Office of Small Business and Entrepreneurship at the Ohio Development Services Agency. In her role, Zeigler works to provide export resources to support Ohio businesses in starting or growing their export initiatives. Within the Agency, she supervises export staff and manages exportrelated programs. Prior to her role, she served as Economic Development and Federal Affairs Liaison to the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio (PUCO) where she served as a subject matter expert for agency leaders on policy issues. Zeigler has over 20 years’ experience in state and federal legislation, serving in various positions, including the State of Ohio, Washington D.C. Office, representing economic development and federal affairs issues. Zeigler received her Bachelor of Arts in International Studies, with a minor in Sociology from The Ohio State University. She currently serves as a board member of the Columbus Jewish Day School, and Congregation Tifereth Israel, and is a graduate of the Columbus Jewish Federation Young Leadership Program. Zeigler has a daughter, Rose, and a son, Gabriel, and lives with her husband, Chris, in Columbus, Ohio.
