Randy Irving is the Manager of Diversity and Inclusion for FedEx Services. In this role he is responsible for aligning the Diversity and Inclusion strategies for FedEx Services and the enterprise Diversity Councils.
Prior to his current role he managed the Employee Relations team for FedEx Services which was responsible for HR business consulting for all the functional areas of FedEx Services.
Over his 20 year career in human resources he has lead HR initiatives responsible for implementing strategy to support business areas including finance, marketing, it and benefits.
He recently celebrated his 12th anniversary with FedEx Services. Before joining FedEx, he was the HR manager at Roadway Express for 10 years.
Randy holds a bachelor degree from the University of Tennessee at Martin in business management and an MBA from Union University.
He is a 2011 recipient of the FedEx Five Star Award, awarded each year to the top two percent of employees. He is a proud Memphis of Omega Psi Phi fraternity and founded the Germantown graduate chapter. He is very involved in community empowerment. He is more importantly the father of two special kids Ryan Charles Irving and Taliyah Rose Irving.
