Quincy Stephens is the Senior Director of Diversity/Inclusion & Talent for Volkswagen Group of America, a wholly owned subsidiary of Volkswagen AG, one of the world’s leading automobile manufacturers and the largest carmaker in Europe. He currently oversees all of talent, global relocation and the development strategy for diversity and inclusion. He has led business development projects in multi-cultural, rural and suburban markets throughout the nation with Fortune 500 companies, and has facilitated strategy sessions with executives to improve employee performance, engagement, satisfaction, and retention by delivering tailored human resources solutions aligned with team and departmental business goals. Quincy has served on the boards in the DC area and in leadership in Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., and he is passionate about mentorship.
