Speaker Bio
Marsha Haygood has turned her business expertise into a career helping others become and remain successful. A former entertainment executive, Marsha founded StepWise Associates, which offers strategic coaching, leadership training and consulting services to individuals and groups who can benefit from a strategic thinking partner.
Marsha advises senior management and coached professionals at all levels and offers customized services to help clients plan and implement strategies to reach their goals. She is an in-demand speaker who motivates international audiences to move forward with purpose.
Marsha is the co-author of “The Little Black Book of Success: Laws of Leadership for Black Women” and its newly released companion workbook. She is also a founding member of Black Women of Influence, a professional, across-industry network dedicated to developing the next generation of influential women in business with the motto: “Helping Each Other Win.”
Marsha has been named one of The Network Journal’s Influential Women in Business. Other honors include the YMCA’s Black Achievement Award and the National Association of African Americas in Human Resources Trailblazer Award. She also serves on the board of YouthBridge-NY, a non- profit high school leadership development organization.
