As an urban business initiatives deputy director, Kelsey Ray’s focus is the implementation of the outreach, recruitment, application and selection processes for the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program. Prior to ICIC, Kelsey worked for Nokia within the project management and business management departments. Before that, Kelsey worked as the country director of business development for AIESEC in Rwanda. There, she developed the organization’s incoming internship exchange program created strategic partnerships with other organizations across Rwanda. Kelsey holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Texas A&M University.
