Kimberly Lee Minor
Brand Strategist

Kimberly Lee Minor is an award-winning executive and entrepreneur with a record of building competitive brands and developing creative and nimble strategies.  

Lee Minor developed customer experience expertise at Macy’s built the athletic apparel business at Footlocker Global; led process and designer partnerships as chief fashion strategist with David’s Bridal; was brand president of London Fog, Bongo, Joe Boxer and Rampage at Iconix Brand Group; and most recently was senior v.p. of strategy, merchandise operations and merchandising at BBW/LBrands.

Merging her love of food and travel with her passion for teaching, empowering and community, Lee Minor recently created Spiceteria, a unique digital marketing and experiential retail brand that celebrates life’s flavorful stories and journeys of womanhood through community, commerce, and philanthropy.  

Lee Minor holds a bachelor’s degree from Temple University in Philadelphia and an executive certificate in leadership and management from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
