Khary leads a team that spans over 18 states across the East Coast, cultivating new sales and client management strategies while working to create dynamic products and strategic marketing solutions that drive transformation, create value, and support business development.
Khary started at Lehman Brothers as a banker specializing in financing for mergers & acquisitions/leverage buyout transactions. Khary has distinct experience setting strategy, developing and leading diverse and talented teams, driving change management, and providing counsel to partners and clients on complex issues.
Khary is an outspoken proponent of civic engagement and a dedicated patron of the arts. He sits on the boards of the National Urban League, Symphony Space, Manhattan Chambers of Commerce and Democracy Preparatory Charter School. He also serves on the A Better Chance National Advisor Committee, an organization that encouraged his own educational and leadership career as well as the Cornell University Council.
Khary earned a Bachelors Degree in Finance and Organizational Behavior from Cornell University, and a Masters in Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
