Kelly Beaty English is an accomplished communications strategist and champion for women and girls. Formerly the communications director for Atlanta Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms, Kelly is the founder of The Girl Power Agency, a full-service, female-focused message innovation agency that crafts empowerment messages and campaigns on behalf of women and girls worldwide. She is also the Chief Esteem Officer of the SelfE platform, which aims to build and protect the self-esteem of Black adolescent girls. An essayist and former reality show contestant, Kelly was featured The Huffington Post, NBA.com, Hello Beautiful, Beauty Independent, Fox 5 News’s Good Day Atlanta and Fox 29 News’s Good Day Philadelphia. She was also named a Woman of Excellence by Atlanta Tribune and Atlanta Daily World.
