Keesha Strong
Keesha Strong is the Senior Director of Human Resources for the Urban League of Metropolitan
St. Louis, Incorporated where she has the overall responsibility for the administration, coordination and evaluation of the Human Resources function of the St. Louis affiliate.
Keesha is a seasoned Human Resources professional with 18 solid years of experience at several of the largest employers in St. Louis in various industries including financial services, manufacturing, and education. She has a wealth of professional experience in Training and Development, Performance Management, HR Metrics and Analysis, and working with both Union and Non-Union workers. Prior to joining the agency, Keesha spent 10 years with the St. Louis Public Schools, where she was the primary point of contact in the Employee and Labor Relations division for the organization’s 4,000 employees.
Keesha holds a Master of Arts Degree in Human Resources Management and Development with active Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and Society for Human Resources Management – Certified Professional (SHRM – CP) certifications.
Keesha currently serves as the Co-Vice President of Programs and Professional Development for the
St. Louis Chapter of the National Association of African Americans in Human Resources (NAAAHR) and is an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.
