Jocelyn R. Taylor
Jocelyn R. Taylor has spent over 20 years in media and publishing, cultivating deep relationships in the luxury and lifestyle brand space. Prior to founding JRT Multimedia in 2010, Taylor was the former Publisher and Chief Revenue Officer of VIVmag, a leading women's luxury lifestyle media brand and served as the publisher and Chief Revenue Officer of UPTOWN Magazine for five years. Taylor has also held executive sales and leadership roles for BLACK ENTERPRISE, Gotham, Hamptons and Los Angeles Confidential Magazines and Odyssey Couleur travel magazine - initially sharpening her professional identity at corporate establishments by way of Price Waterhouse Coopers, Lord & Taylor, and WorldCom.
Taylor founded JRT Multimedia LLC, a full-service, boutique strategic brand marketing, event and media agency that serves the luxury and premium lifestyle industries. In her role as chief brand media & revenue officer, she focuses on brand architecture within a variety of industries ranging from non-profit, corporate and sports, to entertainment and SaaS.
Her most recent endeavor was the business brand launch of JRT’s, LayerUpWithJRT™.
This new brand’s mission, vision, and proposed resolution now completes the trifecta to propel offline change to the #MeToo and Time’s Up narrative - #LayerUp! Together with Managing Partner, Chandra McQueen, they launched this female-inspired empowerment, social responsibility and “call-to-action" Global movement during the 2018 Sundance Film Festival in Park City, Utah.
