Dr. Joy Harden is a licensed psychologist, speaker, and host of the wildly popular Therapy for Black Girls mental health podcast. She’s also the author of “Sisterhood Heals: The Transformative Power of Healing Community.” Her work focuses on making mental health topics more relevant and accessible for Black women. Dr. Bradford specializes in creating spaces for Black women to achiev fuller and healthier relationships with themselves and others.
