Halimah DeLaine Prado leads Google’s world-class legal team, advising on some of the most complex and important legal issues of the digital age. Previously, Halimah was a vice president of legal, where she managed the products and agreements legal team responsible for advising on Google products, including ads, search, cloud, hardware, platforms & ecosystems, and YouTube. Prior to joining Google in 2006, Halimah practiced media law and products liability law at Dechert LLP and Levine Sullivan Koch and Schulz and Balllard Spahr. She serves on the board of the Leadership Council for Legal Diversity.
