Giavonni Lucas oversees the development and operation of all corporate diversity, equity and inclusion work at Nationwide, including strategic programs, procedures and policies to advance the company’s culture of inclusion. As the head of talent acquisition, Giavonni is responsible for associate and executive talent acquisition, university relations, internship programs, relocation services, immigration services and talent acquisition process operations. Externally, Giavonni advances Nationwide’s brand and reputation through strategic partnerships and community engagements. He currently serves on the boards of the Columbus Urban League and Mansion Day School and is a member of the advisory board for Le Moyne College McNeil Academy of Risk Management and Insurance.
