Gloria Puentes is Director, Diversity Community Relations for Sodexo, a leading provider of Quality of Life Services and over 428,000 employees in 80 countries serving 75 million customers daily.

Gloria is a passionate and committed practitioner of diversity and inclusion always striving to demonstrate how D&I makes a difference to grow revenue and the bottom line. Gloria works with strategic partners to bring programs to diverse communities that focus on enhancing the quality of life. 

Gloria brings to Sodexo, a well-rounded background that includes sales and marketing, organizational change, external relations, and program management working for Hewlett Packard and IBM.  She was also an entrepreneur running an event management company for five years.

Gloria is an alumnus of San Jose State University with a BS in Business Administration and a Masters of Science in Leadership from Duquesne University.  She has served as a founding board member of the National Hispanic Sales Network and Rhea of Hope Foundation, and was a board member of the American Heart Association, Pittsburgh region.
